Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may not do when using our service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service. By using the service, you agree to comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to generate, upload, share, or otherwise produce any content that:

• Is sexual, pornographic, or obscene, including nudity intended for sexual gratification, explicit sexual acts, or sexualized depictions of people or characters.
• Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way, including "anime", "cartoon", or "stylized" depictions. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited and subject to a zero-tolerance policy. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities.
• Depicts violence, gore, torture, or cruelty, especially toward people or animals.
• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Contains instructions or encouragement for illegal activity, weapons, explosives, drugs, or any unlawful conduct.
• Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Contains personal information of others without their consent, or is used for stalking, doxxing, or harassment.

Prompting and Generation

You agree not to attempt to circumvent our content safety systems, including by:

• Using misspellings, alternative spellings, or character substitutions to bypass keyword filters.
• Writing prompts in another language or via creative phrasing with the intent of generating prohibited content.
• Repeatedly attempting to generate prohibited content after a block.
• Using the service to create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.

Enforcement

We may reject, block, or remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, at our sole discretion and without notice. Blocks are logged for safety and abuse prevention; we do not store full prompts or generated media associated with blocked requests.

Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
