Sketch To (the "Service", "we", "us") is operated by HACK THINKING LAB LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales. Sketch To is an AI-powered image generation and editing platform available at https://www.sketchto.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe is operated by a person under 18.

The Service relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure (for example, Replicate, Cloudflare, and Stripe). Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or actions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific output will be produced.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HACK THINKING LAB LTD and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
