Write one instruction that names the target and the color: "Change the hoodie to navy blue and keep everything else unchanged." The Custom tab takes the whole object-plus-color instruction in a single line.

Download from the editor or your History if the check passes. If the color missed part of the object or spread too far, tighten the target wording and run it again — each generation costs 2 credits.
In one recorded run, a pouch body turned tan but its strap stayed black. Look at straps, trim, handles, and seams — the parts of an object that are easy to miss.
In another recorded run, the named wall recolored correctly but the adjacent side walls changed too. Compare edges and neighbors against your original.
Narrow instructions are easier to verify. To try several colors, run them separately and compare in History — and note that switching to a Styles preset replaces your custom text.

In most of our recorded runs the target changed and the rest stayed, but the tests caught both failure modes: a strap that kept its old color, and color that spread to adjacent walls. Always compare the result with your original before downloading.
